I could sure tell I was WAY out of shape. My thighs were in agony on Wednesday and Thursday. I found 2 things to be helpful-- 1. to keep moving. When I would sit for awhile they would get worse. I rode my stationary bike on a really low level just to keep them moving and this helped. 2. Biofreeze throughout the day helped ease the pain too!
