Another site that is really good is WWW.SPARKPEOPLE.COM you can do an online food journal and it will tell you what you need to eat more or less of to have a good balanced diet etc, mine seems to be protien and it'll tell me how much more I need to eat per day. They also will email you exercises of the day if you'd like, there's tracking how much water you drink, etc... This site is a really good one as well and it's free also. Check it out!
